As a cybersecurity company, we hold ourselves to the standard we train others to meet. This page explains how to report a security issue in the ZoneOfWar website or platform, separate from our normal marketing contact channels.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in ZoneOfWar, emailsecurity@zoneofwar.com with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant logs or screenshots. Please do not include real customer data in your report.

What to expect

• Acknowledgement of your report within a reasonable timeframe
• An assessment of severity and impact
• Updates as we work toward a fix
• Credit, if you'd like it, once the issue is resolved

Responsible disclosure

We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address an issue before any public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing, modifying or deleting data that isn't yours during your research. Testing must stay within the isolated environments provided by ZoneOfWar — see ourAcceptable Use Policy.
